My wife and I went to a different co. this time b/c of a bad experience we had with others chimney dryer co. I would say for me not being there, the tech was very professional and resolved our issue quick. Also he found a slight gas leak on our gas fire place, which is such a blessing b/c of how dangerous it could done to our home. Overall my family and I blessed to have a co., like them.
